After the unrest of 2016, the militancy revived in the Kashmir valley. With the onset of this year more than a dozen attacks on security establishments has already happened. Although the security forces had launched “Operation AllOut”, killing more than 200 militants in past one year but there seems no end to it.

In a latest incident suspected militants on Tuesday attacked Airforce station Malangpora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Reports said that militants opened fire on guard post airforce station Malanpora and forces retaliated with few rounds of gun fires.

However, no loss of life or injury was reported on either side.

The suspected militants were forced to run for their lives.

Meanwhile, a joint team of CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir police have cordoned off the area and search operation is going on.
